About the Team

The Wonderflow Sales Team is growing fast and the Business Development Representative is the first touchpoint for any prospective client. The engagement with prospective clients will be 20% inbound and 80% outbound so strong prospecting skills will be paramount.

It is the role of the BDR to profile target accounts in specific territories, identify key buying personas and deliver a compelling proposition to engage those personas in the discovery phase of an opportunity. Taking this to a Sales Qualified Opportunity will be the primary measure of success where the opportunity will be handed over to the Account Executive for that region.

It’s a dynamic and international team, looking to make Wonderflow known everywhere. 

Your responsibilities
  • We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic internal sales professional with knowledge of SaaS solutions, preferably in the MarTech or Customer Experience space although this is not essential. 
  • You will be pitching Wonderflow and our Value Proposition to prospects and potential customers. You need to understand the market we play in, our customers' pains and how to align our value proposition to focus on the pipeline generation. 
  • Revenue growth through new logo acquisition is the core focus of the sales function, and you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of Account Executives. 
  • You will also be fully supported by the Head of Sales to develop your skills in prospecting into this extremely exciting marketplace.
  • You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
Who we are looking for
  • One to two years software Business Development experience ideally in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred) 
  • Fluent in English
